Qualifications & Experience
Estimation Engineer – MEP
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND/NDT in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP estimation or procurement
Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Executive
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Key Responsibilities
Estimation Engineer – MEP
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions and quotations for MEP materials and projects
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications and project requirements
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Coordinate with project teams
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers and manufacturers
Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Executive
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, shipping and supply chain activities
- Liaise with local and international suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, clearing agents and customers
- Handle import/export documentation, shipment tracking and delivery coordination
- Maintain accurate and organised procurement, shipping, customs clearance and supply chain documentation
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders and supplier performance
Required Skills
Estimation Engineer – MEP
- Knowledge of MEP systems, materials and estimation practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Executive
- Knowledge of procurement, international shipping, clearing and import/export procedures
- Good communication, coordination and MS Office skills
