Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years of professional culinary experience
- Familiarity with modern European cuisine is essential
- Preferably living in the Galle / Unawatuna area
Key Responsibilities
- Support the chef, working in a small team to manage daily operations
- Ensure consistent, high-quality food presentation
- Handle kitchen prep and organisation
- Maintain quality and safety control
- Support inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Supervise junior staff
Required Skills
- Strong foundational cooking skills
- Proficiency in food safety
- Disciplined and able to work under pressure, with the confidence to execute the role to a high standard
