Qualifications & Experience
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or a Diploma in QS from a recognized institute
- Building experience preferred
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a contractor party
- Proven post-contract experience: measurements, IPA preparation and variation handling
- Tendering experience will be an added advantage
Site Engineer – Civil
- BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering with two years of post-contract experience, or NDT (Civil or equivalent) with five years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Site Engineer – Civil: overall supervision of the civil engineering aspects of the project to achieve project deadlines and quality
- Site Engineer – Civil: coordinating among all stakeholders of the project to achieve the overall project objective
- Assistant Quantity Surveyor: post-contract measurements, IPA preparation and variation handling
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail, coordination and analytical skills (Assistant Quantity Surveyor)
- Proficiency in handling AutoCAD and MS Project would be a definite advantage (Site Engineer – Civil)
