Qualifications & Experience
Finance Executive / Senior Accounts Executive
- AAT / CA / CIMA / ACCA part-qualified or qualified
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Prior experience in the apparel industry is essential
Import & Export Executive
- Valid Customs House Agent (CHA) licence
- 3-5 years of hands-on import and export experience
- Prior experience in the apparel industry is essential
Mechanic
- Prior experience as a mechanic in the apparel industry is essential
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in all sewing machines, and experience in other department machines as well
Key Responsibilities
Finance Executive / Senior Accounts Executive
- Bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting and budgeting
- VAT, taxation and statutory compliance
Import & Export Executive
- Handle customs clearance, CusDec and ASYCUDA procedures
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate freight and logistics
Mechanic
- Maintain, repair and troubleshoot sewing machines and other factory machinery
- Carry out preventive maintenance
- Support sewing operations when there is no machine repairing work (small plant environment)
Required Skills
- Finance: strong Excel and accounting system skills; knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting and budgeting; VAT, taxation and statutory compliance knowledge
- Import & Export: strong knowledge of BOI and INFAC procedures; experience in customs clearance, CusDec and ASYCUDA; shipping documents, freight and logistics coordination
- Mechanic: understanding of preventive maintenance; sewing experience; responsible, organised and able to work independently
