- Minimum 3 years of industry experience or marketing / sales management experience
- A professional qualification, degree or diploma in marketing / sales
- Age below 30 years
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and market the company’s readymix and cement products
- Work independently to achieve sales results
Required Skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, able to work independently
- Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate in English; proficiency in another language is an added advantage
- Possess a driving license
- Capable of working extended hours
