Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting products
- Promote sales and contribute towards achieving outlet targets
- Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and display areas
- Load and arrange garments on hangers while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Ensure the outlet is clean, organized and well-presented at all times
- Support daily outlet operations and cashiering activities when required
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver an exceptional shopping experience
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Friendly, energetic and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
