Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of work experience (mandatory)
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, with proven experience in a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a regional caseload, ensuring cases progress smoothly and appointments are completed on time
- Coordinate and schedule assessments with healthcare professionals, service providers, and clients
- Track case progress, resolve booking issues, and escalate delays or concerns where necessary
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate case records and appointment data using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Handle confidential personal and health information in line with data protection requirements
- Resolve operational issues and contribute to improving booking processes and service delivery
- Follow organisational policies, complete required training, and maintain a safe and secure home-working environment
Required Skills
