Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance; a Master’s degree is an added advantage
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in a bank/finance company is mandatory
- Proven experience in core business areas including leasing, gold loan, savings, FD operations and other lending products
- Applicants with proven experience as a Business Analyst in a finance-related organization are encouraged to apply
- Candidates who have been involved in Core Banking System development or related projects will have a distinct advantage
- Qualification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt / Green Belt) or any other relevant will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Map all the processes of the company and look for areas for possible improvement of the existing process
- Oversee core business operations and related system developments
- Identify inefficiencies, redundancies and gaps in existing processes and recommend digital transformation solutions
- Recommend possible quality improvement efforts within the organization (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of digital solutions across the organization
- Help to promote a culture focused on customer service, continuous improvement and performance measurement
- Support the design and implementation of strategic projects to streamline operations and enhance service delivery
