Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in Human Resources or a recognized professional qualification in Human Resources
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Training and Development at a corporate level; an advantage if experienced in retail, FMCG or service industries
- Working knowledge of English and Sinhala (both oral and written); proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of dynamic digital training content to accelerate and execute the digital learning strategy
- Organize and conduct impactful training programs for employees across the Head Office, SPAR stores and Independent Retailer (IR) locations
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including e-learning initiatives and related analytics
- Support the implementation of Learning & Development initiatives to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities and overall organizational performance
- Manage specialized development initiatives to build strong leadership pipelines and ensure emerging talent aligns with company objectives
- Support performance management processes and foster a high-performance culture across the organization
