Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the semiconductor front end and back end process
Key Responsibilities
- Product development: materials selection, assembly manufacturing, testing and commissioning to serve customer standards and demands
- Test products for quality assurance, including functionality and reliability tests of finished products
- Product innovation: evaluate existing products’ electrical scope for development (research and development)
- Documentation: prepare product reports, engineering documents and engineering BOMs and drawings (expertise in Eplan software is preferred)
- Engineering design development: review and understand standards and specifications for design compliance
- Work effectively with other disciplinary teams as a team player
- Carry out other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices and industry standards
- Proficiency in electrical design software tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems
- Strong project management abilities, including prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines and allocating resources effectively
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical information to stakeholders
