Qualifications & Experience
- Completed GCE (A/L) qualification in any stream
- Preferred: prior experience in glove manufacturing, apparel or industrial sewing operations
- Preferred: basic English knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and effectively use industrial sewing machines
- Read and interpret patterns, templates, measurements and product specifications
- Work with different textiles, knitted materials and coated fabrics during sewing and assembly
- Support production tracking and documentation
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques
- Ability to safely and effectively use industrial sewing machines
- Ability to read and interpret patterns, templates, measurements and product specifications
- Familiarity with different textiles, knitted materials, coated fabrics and their behaviour during sewing and assembly
- Basic computer literacy for production tracking and documentation (preferred)
- Quick learner with strong communication and time management skills (preferred)
